Refund policy
We have a no return policy, which means after receiving your item you cannot request a return.Â
However, you can contact us at info@blackmountainfaith.com. I do my very best to ensure that items are sent in the best possible condition as everything we sell is handmade. If you encounter a problem with your order please know that I will do my best to make it right for you ( such as shipping it again revised, possibly refunding purchase, etc.)

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your email, and let you know as soon as possible how we will make your experience and order better. If we decide to refund the purchase, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.Â
